All our Tai Chi classes include Qigong special meridian health excercises, we typically follow a Qigong set for several months before switching to a different set which offers varying health benefits

 

Qigong practice working to activate & enhance universal energy actives the bodies natural meridians, working with the bodies 5 elements to balance & harmonise energies, removing tension in the body & promoting optimal circulation of differing energies, this promotes health & balances the bodies natural organ systems
